Hello! Rules are clearly the worst part, but we've got to have them. So, we've identified the things that are Really important to us. Please take a couple minutes to read them and be respectful of our needs so we can be awesome hosts for you!

- **Cleanliness: In order to keep the property as clean as possible, we ask that you not wear shoes in the house if possible.
- **Cooking: You are more than welcome to use any and everything available including the microwave, stove, oven, fridge, cookware, silverware, knives, glassware, dishes, etc. Just make sure you treat these items like you would in your own home.
- **Pets: I know it's listed that there are no pets. But seriously-- no pets. If you are caught sneaking pets into/out of the property, you will be assessed a $500 fee.
- **Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house or on the deck/patio areas. If you need to smoke, please step out toward the curb and make sure all your butts are discarded properly.
- **Quiet Hours: You've got quite a bit of space so noise shouldn't be a huge issue. However, keep in mind there are no parties/events allowed, so please keep it to a dull roar after 10:00pm and before 7:00am.
- **Leave Behind What Can Be Used: We do our absolute best to anticipate most of the needs you will have when staying here. We provide plenty of towels, blankets, shampoos/conditioners, soap, etc. If you don't use everything, just leave it. If you purchase anything that you think might be useful for the next guest, feel free to leave that too!
- **Security: We have security cameras at the entrances for your safety and ours. We put a lot of thought and care into making our home a nice, comfortable place to stay. So, please lock the doors when coming/going, and don't forget to lock your car doors at night too for good measure!
- **Check-In: You may arrive any time at or after your designated check-in time. You will be provided a unique, temporary 6-digit Passcode by me via message prior to your stay. This is your personal code that changes with each stay.
-**Check-out: Please note that check-out time is at 10:00am. Any non-mutually agreed upon late check-outs occurring after 10:00am will incur a $150 fee if checkout occurs any time between 10:00am-11:00am, and $100/hour for every hour you are late after that.
- **Accidents: If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know ASAP.
-**Parties and/or Events: We have it very clearly marked that there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. If you decide to proceed to have one anyway, you agree to pay $1000 penalty fee in addition to any fees from damage to house and/or items found.
- **Upon Departure: Please remove trash and place in outdoor receptacles. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher (and start it if you're feeling helpful!). P.S. Don't forget to lock the doors. Thank you!
